PROGRESS CENTRE: HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
The company was founded in 1987 as part of the State Science and Technology Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers in order to foster information exchange, promote best practices, and develop the advertising field.
In 1996, the Progress Scientific Technical Information Centre was reformed and became part of the National Association of Business Coalitions and Organizations.
By 2004, Progress Centrehad become the firm leaderin Russia’s information services market.

In December 2006, we unveiled a new wing of our training complex, with facilities totalling
5,000 square metres. The training complex is fully equipped for effective specialist training.

By 2008, Progress Centre had become the largest centre of its kind in Russia, offering training to specialists in all areas of manufacturing, healthcare, education, science, culture, and social services.

In January 2009,Progress Centre opened branches in Moscow and Novosibirsk.
Every year, Progress Centre teaches more than 20,000 specialists. Over 5,000 organizations which drive the economies of Russia and the CIS entrust Progress Centre with providing advanced professional training to their employees.
Our specialists have developed more than 500 seminar programmes.
